Simple and quick, easy questions. The lady was nice but was pitching that I would not like the position if I got it. I did not get an offer at the end of the day.

Two-step interview process, one at corporate headquarters and one onsite. Both all interviews were standard behavioral based questions. All of the employees were very helpful and happy to work for Cargill.
