I met a recruiter who encouraged me to the apply for the position. Almost a month after applying, I received an email offering me an interview. Then a pre-interview phone call with HR was conducted to determine job fit and openness to relocation. Finally I participated in an online interview where I was interviewed by two company representatives. I received a job offer the day after the interview.
