Phone interview followed by a test and live interview. At the live it turned out two requirements announced as optional were key. Candidates expected to bring their own expertise vs apply company guidance and do self training mainly. Like 30-40% new information relevant to the position was given at the second interview. So I find the job description not accurate by much.
