It was an very informal interview with the President. He was straightforward and we chatted a little bit about my education and where I was looking to be after graduation. I think he had his mind made up before he had met me in person. We had corresponded by e-mail to set up a good time and date for the interview. I think the key was being sincere at wanting the position and being honest at the interview.
