I was greeted and interviewed by a CMP employee who recently was promoted, therefore I'd possibly be inheriting her position.. The energy was positive as she explained the foundation of the company and how each role is important. What captured me was how she broke down their brand and the Mission of CMP, it was so heartfelt. Later she invited two additional staff members into the interview, which was impromptu but surprisingly flowed very well.
