I interviewed with the Director of Nursing and the Director of Admissions on a Friday afternoon because they are the two people I would work collaboratively with. I was asked to come in on a Saturday for a trial work day; unbeknownst to me a consultant was there to do the job that day and observe me (that was actually a good thing). I was offered the job after the end of the 4 hour ( was supposed to be 2 hour) trial run.
