had a really positive interview experience with CareFirst BCBS. The process felt organized and the people I spoke with were friendly and easy to talk to. My interview actually happened on Halloween, and a lot of employees around the office were dressed up. It created a fun, relaxed atmosphere that I didn’t expect and it gave me a good sense of the culture. Seeing that side of the workplace made the environment feel welcoming and was honestly part of what made me interested in the company. Overall, it was a great experience.
