The entire process was extremely streamlined. It's the beginning of a very well oriented onboarding system. The interview process was a 3 step process done virtually. There was an emphasis on not only where I am now, but where I want to grow. Cardone Ventures has put a lot of time, energy, and money into their systems development. The interviewers were very communicative, punctual, and friendly. There was clear expectations set and transparency was prevalent. It was a pleasure to work through that process and gain conviction that this organization knows what they're doing at a high level.

The process went great, from initial interview, the role play case study, than Final interview and the offer. All within a week, went smoothly. I was excited from Day 1 when found out about opportunity that was PERFECT for me.
