Sarah and Claire, the two recruiters shepherding the interview process, were extremely knowledgeable and punctual. They both were very helpful in making sure I had all my questions answered. The interview process was extremely seamless and very buttoned up. Both recruiters were very communicative throughout the entire process and always made sure I was aware of any updates. The interview process was broken out into 3 sessions. The final interview was structured into 3 - 30 minute interviews. I was able to connect with a Product Manager and the Hiring Manager and Team Lead. All asked really thoughtful questions and I appreciated getting to learn more about the CSM role and hearing the day-to-day.
