The interview process was a short phone call with a recruiter then a walking tour of the facility while they asked me general questions like how I heard about the job, etc.

Interview process was fair. They take you in a tour of the production floor during the interview. Things that most companies would do. If its a night shift, they have you interview during a night shift, kinda weird but it should have been a heads up for me.
