They moved quickly and I sensed that a possible offer was about to develop.However, I backed off because I noticed some red flags during the interview process and did not want to proceed further.

Formal and very lengthy. A panel interview with 6 people followed by a tour of the facility with a lot of small talk in between the meetings. The interviewers were professional and curious.
