3 on the phone interviews and then go to the facility and a final webinar. Very good interview in which I got very far but they hired somebody else even though I demonstrated that I could give them the results they needed. They don’t seem to want people over 50.

Found the opening on Glassdoor and submitted thru their Company website on 9 November 2017. On 15 Nov 2017 I was contacted by their recruiter and we conducted a phone interview. On 20 Nov 2017 there was a second phone interview with the Plant Manager and one of his staff. On 7 December 2017 the final step was an On-Site interview at their mill in Camden, SC with 4 members of their team and a plant tour. Throughout this entire process Cardinal Health's recruiter has been fantastic.
