The interview with the recruiter by phone was easy and typical questions. I was contacted a few days later that I was being invited to a face to face interview. The interview was very relaxed and very easy. I initially met with one sales manager and then a second manager joined the interview. I shadowed a sales associate for phone sales. I wore a phone head set to listen to the conversations with the accounts to understand the sales process and what I would be doing.
