The process was well done and the interviewing supervisor was friendly and listened well. He asked the right questions and it was a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, he wasn't the hiring manager and I'm pretty sure this was a policy violation. This was the second time in a row that this hiring manager passed me up for a job that I was well qualified for and gave it to someone who was with the company for less than a year.
