Entrevista
It was for an administrative assistant in a primary school. The advert said that it would be a remote interview but was an in-person group interview. Firstly we were given topics to discuss as a group whilst notes were taken. We were told that part f the process was to complete administrative tasks, but the majority of this ended up being a full primary-level maths exam paper which contained ways of doing numbers that gets completely re-taught after primary and most adults would not know. We then had to pitch why we should get the job in front of all the other candidates which seemed very intense and humiliating for such a minor, minimum-wage role. This was all done in a primary hall on tiny chairs which also made the whole process even more strange. Most of this interview process seemed unnecessary. I was also told that as a disabled person I would be asked if I had special requirements but was never asked, and if I had been asked it would have become clear that this entire process was a waste of time as I would never have been able to get the job without reasonable adjustments within this process.
