I didn't have an interview. I was qualified, and respect the brand, and so I chose to apply. I followed the post directions, and created the requested ad, against my better judgment (I hate when companies as you to do this, especially when you haven't even had an interview yet). I emailed it, along with my resume and cover letter, followed up a few weeks later, and heard nothing. I realize people are busy, but when someone takes the time to do a project for you, even in the application process, you can at the very least acknowledge it. I won't be applying to anything else here in the future, because this shows how little they respect people.
