4 total interviews phone screening - interview with hiring manager - interview with business analyst manager - interview with founder. Last interview with the founder was too casual and I think he ultimately has the last say in the hiring process. Wish they gave me any feedback from the process.

Waste of time. Within 5 min the interviewer said he wasn’t sure if this was the right job for me even when I tried to sell myself. Was frustrating and I would have not bothered with the google call if my experience wasn’t worthy. He also seemed very zoned out like he was high on something

Excel assessment followed by the actual interview. Very friendly people. The experience was very positive and encouraging. Would have liked to work here. The team seemed very motivated and intelligent.
