Was working with the company for a while and they started interviews for clinic managers. I applied for three different clinics in my area. I was only allowed to actually interview for one and 30 minutes before my interview my coworker told me she had already been guaranteed the job. She was told " the other interviews are just a formality" So now I'm interviewing for a job I'll never get. I was told a reason I wouldn't be offered the job is because they don't see me as long term with the company. Every manager hired left within 4 months of getting the position but 1.5 years later I'm still here...

They have a two step interview process for the medical assistant position. Frist you meet the the head of department or manager via video for basic questions, then you meet with medical director.
