Interview was focused mostly on past experience I had. They needed a service Technician badly as they lost one to The Apple Store. I met with the local manager at the time and it took about one hour. He reviewed my past experiences and told me I would be hired as a service manager to get some order back into the department. My task was to get the repairs times down to a reasonable amount of time and to help with the work load.
