Entrevista
I was originally reached out to through a recruiter. She was very nice to speak with and very helpful. At first, I had a screening with her with many basic, and predictable, questions. About a day later, she reached out to set up a time to come in for a personal interview. I was told the interview would be about 1 hour to 1.5 hours. It ended up being about 2.5 hours. The day before my interview, I found out the specific IT team that I would be applying for. During this in-person interview, I met with 5 members of this team (mostly upper management). Some questions were planned and mainly about my experiences. Very nice and relatable people. Young, fresh-out-of-college staff and late-20s, early-30s upper management. Waiting for feedback.

If you won the lottery, how would you spend the money?
Great, the recruiters are amazing and very easy to speak with. They make it a very personable phone call. They are very helpful in helping you find the best fit for you within the company if there is a great fit for you.

Interview process was conducted over three phases. The recruiter had a short meeting, followed by a sales team, and then the VP gave an offer at the last meeting ultimately.

Talked to a recruiter on the phone maybe 6 times.
She contacted me after I responded to a post on my university's job search site. She seemed interested in my background and skills, and I was very interested in the position. She asked me to call her back when I moved to the DC area, but we talked maybe 3-4 times before I made the move. When I finally called her back after my move, we had the same conversation that we had so many times already. Every conversation was the same thing - her asking what I was interested in and where I saw myself. She also asked what other types of jobs I was applying to which I found very odd and unnecessary as I felt uncomfortable answering that question. I asked her in multiple calls when I would be able to meet with someone in person about my qualifications, and she kept saying we'd talk again in the coming week (this happened 3 times). We talked on the phone one more time before I finally accepted an offer elsewhere. Do they want capable and eager employees or not?
seemed unprofessional and unorganized. Very bad experience. Never even got an interview, just had the same conversation over and over and over.
