A recruiter reached out through my school suggesting I apply for this position. I did and received a phone call a week later for the first round of interviews. The interviewer seemed very impressed with my resume and background and suggested I apply for a more senior position. I was told I would be receiving another phone call. I never heard back from them.

Did not continue past first interview due to hiring manager seeming pretty unsure of what to discuss and when any follow up interview may occur. Job seemed interesting, but this was fully based on my own research into the role and the company. It was also not made clear what their interview process was like, so I declined when I was offered a second interview. Getting that second interview offer also took nearly three weeks after our initial call, seems disorganized.
