I submitted my resume via Indeed and received a call from the HR Manager two days later. He spoke a bit about the position and asked me a few questions. He said he'd get back to me to schedule an in person interview. He called back that evening and I interviewed in person the next day. I spoke to the HR Manager and the VP of Personnel and Culture Development. both were very nice and put me at ease almost immediately. They were very easy to talk to and I felt the interview went very well. I was told I should get a call in about a week with an answer as they need to see other applicants. I was the first.

I sent a resume via Indeed.com and received a call from the Human Resource Manager the same day. He conducted a phone interview that day. He basically just went through my employment history and was very thorough. He called me back shortly after the phone interview to set up an in-person interview with himself and the VP of Personnel, which was a few days later. I received a link to The Predictive Index, which I filled out before the in-person interview. Both the HR Manager and VP of Personnel interviewed me. They both put me at ease and I felt the interview went well. They spoke about the company culture a lot which was important to me and I was glad that they did. They said they have other candidates to see still but I should hear from them soon.
