Disrespectful of candidate's time. Long and drawn out, weeks between contacts from the recruiter. Requested a case study based on a two sentence prompt. Ridiculous process. Seven interviews and hours wasted to be sent a form rejection email.

From the outset, the external recruiter Experis used by the company lied about compensation expectations which I refused to give before even talking to anyone. The initial job application required an immediate IQ test of questionable legality, followed by a long cycle of interviews where different parts of the company which they used to ask about their current technology problems, essentially using the applicant as an unpaid technology and strategy consultant. The experience was crowned by piling on responsibilities for multiple failing teams, in a role reporting to the current failing manager, with a low-ball compensation offer exactly matching the made-up number initially entered by the recruiter Experis. The same recruiter repeatedly cold-called without permission and orchestrated a group call where multiple participants attempted to pressure me into accepting the low-ball offer based on a number they made up in order to please their client. All in all a terrible experience. After an email describing my value, I was ghosted and ended up accepting an offer with literally 4x the compensation corresponding to my level of experience.

Entrevista
Submitted an application online which included an online assessment. I was then contacted for a phone interview (about 45 min). I was then invited in to speak with 3 executives and lunch. I was invited back for an additional round of interviews with a top executive followed by lunch with what would be a peer. Additional "testing" such as math and logic was also part of the process.
