The company was honestly a bit off putting. The process to get the initial question is general logic based questions and behavioral questions via a test that takes 45 minutes of your time. So there is a bit of a weeding process out the gate. This is a ludicrous idea given the job market today and I found that it not only chewed up time, but won't prove anything in the end for candidacy. There was a case interview for this job and the interviewer came off as smug. When asked why do you like working here I was given the answer "because you get paid to be smart". In my opinion, an answer like this would prove the exact opposite of someone who is smart and somewhere with a tolerable culture. Unfortunately, the process was effectively a waste of time for a company that sells used cars.
