Multiple interviews: One online Questionnaire, Several In-Person Interviews with ideal questions/structure & one role-play (Make or Break). During the role-play activity you are required to sell a vehicle to the interviewer. Not very difficult but can be awkward within the sales floor.

Applied online. Received a call to schedule a phone interview followed by a face to face interview. Once at thr interview, you are taken out to the parking lot to do your 3 to 5 minute mock sales pitch.

Applied online and was called for an interview about a week later. I was asked basic questions like describe a negative customer experience you have had, and what qualities do you look for in an employer. I honestly lost interest in the job when I found out it was only like 25 hours a week and commission only.

The interview process is meeting the entire management team and answering questions about previous employment. My interview was very lengthy—it took 4 hours! Be prepared to comb through your resume and answer any discrepancies.
