went through two phone interviews with the same person. Then was told a third interview would take place by the general manager, well he called a week later. Said the sales mgr was no longer availible and would I come in for a salesmen position? NO WAY
The interview is multi step that starts with direct report but have to have other meetings with high up managers. Each are looking for their own qualifications. They are looking for leadership skills, communication skills, and organizational skills.

Quick, Fast Paced. The hiring manager was very nice and sped the process along. The interview was in phases and I think that made the process go by a little faster than in other interviews that I have sattensgjuadfgihbng
