It was very laid back process , 2 phone interviews, then job shadowed for 2 hours, got a call an hour later and was offered the position. Verleen made the entire process completely simple and professional. The shadowing process was super frickin' awesome! I got to see if the job was a right fit for me as well as seeing if I fit in with the crew !
