3 rounds. First round HR (standard questions ), second round case (1 hour with managers), third round with execs (room with 5 exec) HR was really nice so were managers. VPs were unfriendly and frankly rude

First round recruiter was very stern and the experience was meh - not sure if this was intentional/part of the evaluation process. The second round manager was very kind and nice, and it made me feel super relaxed. I didn't do the cases well enough, but he provided thoughtful feedback and was engaged. The final round was in the office with ~5 people. Recruiters worked very hard as well to respond to emails - not sure if they have to hit their targers as well.
