Hiring manager chat, then system design, coding, behavioral. The interviews with managers were positive but technical interviews were negative. The interviewer just stay muted and didn't answer clarified questions. The only answer he gave was to read the prompt again but didn't answer the vague part. It wasn't a collaborative interview, not the place I want to work at.

Standard interview process, last recent few interview comments are fairly accurate (hiring manager, technical with domain-specific question, system design/behavioral). I did pass the technical despite thinking I did okay, but overall everyone I spoke with was pleasant.
As per last review, there is indeed no HR reps to speak to, the hiring manager and interviewers will be contacting you directly.

1. A discussion with the hiring manager about my resume and a slight deep-dive on one of my projects. 2. One hour coderpad interview with a Staff Engineer, where I was required to be build out functionality based on several requirements and make sure all the unit tests pass. The engineer was very nervous and fumbled his way through the code and description of the tasks, so it was a bit hard to understand what was needed at first and took up some of my time to finish. Coderpad was also giving me a lot of phantom syntax issues.

What's a project you are proud of? How would you improve the project? A lot of inventory questions based on the pharmacy industry. So know basic data structures and arithmetic.

The Interview Process on it's own was not an issue. A screening followed by coding, system design and behavioral. What I found a bit strange was the lack of HR or a singular point person to talk to during the process. Any questions I e-mailed the recruiting e-mail seemed lost to the abyss, almost as if there was no one answering or reading those e-mails. After the behavioral, I was told I'd hear back in a week and then half way through that waiting period received an e-mail saying I wouldn't be moving forward. I went through that whole process without speaking with a single HR person or recruiter which I found a bit strange.

They provided skeleton code in coderpad for a class that could simulate something that you would encounter in the company domain. The idea is to talk through your implementations of some their inner functions and then implement them so that their tests would pass.
