I came across the job online and applied. Shortly after I received an email from the hiring manager about setting up a 1 on 1 call. During the call it was decided to move on to the next phase with a 1 on 1 interview. Both of these went quickly and very well as the interviewer knew what he was looking for and I feel I was able to display that needed experience.
