You show up around 7 , the site manager shows u what your doing and tells you about the hours, its about a 5 minute interview that's too easy. Just make sure you got a coat because it's pretty cold.

I was interviewed in a group with other people. The HR manager walked us around the warehouse to explain the operations of Capstone. The next following day they have you come back and take a drug test. After you pass the drug test you are given a job offer, once you accept it you start orientation the next following day.

Show up on time don't expect anything crazy, kind of hard to find but i found it. It's one of the easier interviews I've had took 5 minutes. I don't know what else to say at this point in time.
Not too long, pretty basic questions like any interview. It only lasted about little than less of 20 minutes. They didn't drug test and only did a background check so anyonewith a clean record.
