I went through the full interview process including the final HR round, which took place around April . While the initial stages were well-organized, I was disappointed by the lack of communication after the final interview. It’s now been over three months with no update or closure, despite follow-ups. I understand that hiring timelines can change, but not hearing anything at all reflects poorly on the candidate experience. A simple update—even a rejection—would have been appreciated. I hope the company considers improving its candidate communication, especially for those who invest time and effort into the entire process.
