Contacted by a recruiter from a recruitment agency. They sent my CV off, then told to do a test (10qs, 1hr, in a word document), followed by a phone interview w/ technical qs and the usual strength based questions after passing the test. Then told by recruiter that they felt that I was lacking too much in technical knowledge. Process seemed a little backwards; would've made more sense to do a phone interview first (as with most companies) to see if you fit and had the required knowledge, or any technical qs could've been asked in the test rather than being made to do a written test straight off the bat and THEN have a phone interview.
