Applied on the company site and was reached out by recruiter around two weeks after. Then I had a recruiter phone screen for 30 minutes and waiting for the result. Interestingly, by the time I had the phone screen, the job posting I applied to was removed, but then after a few days when I checked again, the same job was posted again.

First, Screening call: the HR simply walked you thru the interview process and schedule the next round of interview - mini-case. I haven't done the mini case yet. Mini case, just search online for potential cases and prepare for it.
