They moved quickly then ended up hiring someone internal instead. Three interviews within one week of applying. All over zoom. Basic industry knowledge questions and some situational questions. Final zoom was with team I'd be working with.
The interview process was smooth overall. It started with a computer screening, followed by a 30-minute recruiter call focused on my experience and fit with Capital One. Then I had a one-hour “money case” discussing a Capital One product from different angles. I’ve now moved to the PowerDay round, which includes two product cases, one product skills round, and one product discovery round.

Entrevista
Interview had 4 rounds: assessment, recruiter, hiring manager, and Power Day. The Power day was 4 30 min interview sessions with other managers. It was pretty straight forward, just prepare some STAR based experiences.
Interview process included a first round HR screen, a second round mini case study, and a power day final round followed by a team match. Recruiter was very helpful throughout the process
