7 rounds of interviews and an automated rejection email. No notes or reason. Just a waste of time and lack of professionalism from Capital One. I hope they do better in the future.

The interview process was 5 rounds of interviews with managers, HR, and team going over behavior questions and experience. They condensed the time between interviews to have it be done more quickly which was efficient.
