Organized but it took some time. Everyone was accommodating and clear about instructions and all that. I didn't mind the waiting time much. Most interviews are done in the afternoon, I think.

Capital One had a two day application process. Walk in, submit your CV, take all the tests and interviews on the first day. If you pass, you receive an offer the next day which you need to sign off on.
