Got contacted by a director and had a casual conversation about the opportunity. Followed up with a case study interview. (1 hr) and Power Day (4 hours ) with several people.
After the final interview I never received an update from the recruiter or hiring manager. Besides that everyone was friendly and professional

There a product case study. They will give you a case study for a Capital one product . I got credit wise
The interview process was smooth overall. It started with a computer screening, followed by a 30-minute recruiter call focused on my experience and fit with Capital One. Then I had a one-hour “money case” discussing a Capital One product from different angles. I’ve now moved to the PowerDay round, which includes two product cases, one product skills round, and one product discovery round.

Entrevista
Interview had 4 rounds: assessment, recruiter, hiring manager, and Power Day. The Power day was 4 30 min interview sessions with other managers. It was pretty straight forward, just prepare some STAR based experiences.
Interview process included a first round HR screen, a second round mini case study, and a power day final round followed by a team match. Recruiter was very helpful throughout the process
