One first round interview, then Capital One Power Day. They paid for expenses to go to the Capital One Campus in Richmond VA. Overall experience was great and the people were very kind the entire time.

Very positive candidate experience. Everyone is very helpful.
For the case - just do some practice online through youtube, practice talking out loud to explain your though process.

I wish the interview process was faster. It was difficult to connect to some of the interviewers during it, most were stone cold which is surprising for capital one especially since they recruited me initially

First round was a behavioral interview. If you move on to the second round you have a Power day which consist of 3 interviews. Another behavioral, job fit, & case interview.
