Entrevista
Had a friend refer me in late August. Got a response exactly a month later asking to bring me in for a final onsite interview at their Richmond campus. Capital One does all of their final interviews onsite. They fed us a nice lunch, gave us a tour of the campus and then began interviews. Interviews consisted of 3 rounds of 45 min interviews. The three rounds are Case, Behavioral, Technical. Overall I found the interviews very easy. All of my interviewers were very helpful and I had a lot of left over time after completing my questions and was able to ask a lot of questions about the company.
Online Assessment -> Power Day Interview. Power Day was a total of 4 hrs, three one-hour interviews with a one hr break in between. Included Technical (coding from scratch), Behavioral, and Technical Case (answering questions and fixing code).
3 rounds of interview: case study, coding problem (written on paper), and soft-skill interview. Soft-skill interview is structured, revolving around 4 questions. There were 2 coding problems. 1 was intermediate and the other was easy.
Had a zoom interview because of the pandemic. Everyone was friendly, had a behavioral, a case, and a technical interview. The technical questions were similar to LeetCode easy/medium and the behavioral questions were nice easy ones. I ended up accepting their offer.
