Envié una solicitud electrónica. El proceso duró 4 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Capital One (Richmond, VA) en sept 2019
Entrevista
I got emailed by a recruiter and was told to apply online to their program. After a month I received an email for a phone interview. The phone interview was 15 mins just talking about my interest and any projects I've done so far. I then got invited to their Richmond campus where I had an interview from 11AM-3PM. Lunch was included and the trip was completely free. The campus is amazing and there was 3 back to back interviews with different engineers. A behavioral(which it was supposed to be one on one but there were two people), Job fit and a case interview. The case interview I was most nervous for. It was business-based and algebra. The front desk people were nice but my behavioral interviewer was rude and even told me to think about the question before I answer wrong.. Overall the campus is nice but the interview was intense.

The case questions were based on what option would save you the most money on. Ex: given 50 cents with 60% accuracy or 30 cents with 40% accuracy, what would be the best option. Heavy on business terms and algebra

The Power Day was extremely intense, lasting 4 hours, but it was a great experience. It depends on what order they give you, so I got the case interview first, then the job fit interview, and lastly the behavioral interview.
Three rounds, math portion wasn't bad I didnt do well on the last round of behavioral. The interviewers were very nice and understanding. The earlier you get your offer the earlier you can choose between the Arlington/Richmond office. Arlington office gets filled pretty quick
