Call from HR recruiter quickly after submitting application. Completed a Behavioral Assessment followed by another phone interview with Chief of Staff. Moved on to in person interviews with 4 people, 30 min each. The entire process was quick and professional.

Entrevista
The process begins with an initial conversation with the recruiter. If you’re selected to move forward, you’ll have a prep session to get ready for the next stage. From there, you’ll take part in a 1–2 day “Power Day,” which includes one introductory interview, two technical interviews, and one behavioral interview. It’s important to use the STAR method when answering behavioral questions. I personally interviewed with multiple teams before ultimately receiving an offer.

The interview process was with members of the platform team consisting of four team members. Questions were asked about your job experience, what did you enjoy about your job, what you didn't like about your job, they wanted to know about a situation that was difficult to manage and were you happy with result, why you wanted to work for Capital One. They wanted the questions to be answered in the S TAR format
