Very poor interview process in general - Recruiter failed to respond to my emails and a voicemail I left to him. Eventually called me back and gave me less than 2 days notice to come back for a final interview. All interviews were 'CV blind' - honestly just felt like they were too lazy to read them in advance. All the questions were incredibly easy and I didn't feel like they really got down to what I had done or what I was looking for. Technical questions at the assessment day and online could have been done by a child. Seems like they were looking for inter-personal skills over any intelligence or programming skills. Generally very disappointed.

Good interview with medium level difficult questions. Several rounds of interview which was not so good. Way too many interview stages. The stages should be lesser. Overall happy with the interview

Capital One interview process includes online assessment, phone screen, case interviews, behavioral questions, technical evaluation, and final on-site interview. Rigorous, structured, focused on problem-solving and cultural fit . . . .
It was smooth and fast. There were only 6 questions in total and it asked some simple and basic questions like why you want to work at Capital One and what technology does Capital One used to improve customer services.
