they provided recommended books to read prior to on-site testing. Testing was easy if you were a recent graduate, but not for someone who hasn't taken any math tests for awhile.

All questions during oral interview were similar to those found in the books, but unless you had memorized them, you could easily get tripped up. Information is purposely left out and the goal of the interviewer is to set it up so there are at least 2 possible avenues to take. Whichever one you take, you need to justify.
1 online assessment followed by Power Day with 1 product and 2 cases. Power Day was quite tricky with concepts being combined and tested in different forms. Staying calm and taking in every word is crucial in keeping up with the casing.

I thought I did really well, but they emailed me back in a few hours, rejecting me. This was for the online test before the power day, and they didn't even give me a score.
