Applied through career website at my school. Had a first round, an online assessment and a final round in Richmond VA. The final round consisted of three interviews, 2 of them case based. The cases are more about your ability to think about a problem quantitatively than your business gut. Calculator was provided.

A case about credit cards, just know how credit cards work: what are the costs, where do revenues come from what are the risks and be familiar with basic algebra.
1 online assessment followed by Power Day with 1 product and 2 cases. Power Day was quite tricky with concepts being combined and tested in different forms. Staying calm and taking in every word is crucial in keeping up with the casing.

I thought I did really well, but they emailed me back in a few hours, rejecting me. This was for the online test before the power day, and they didn't even give me a score.
