First Round Interview - Capital One places an emphasis on quantitative case questions, considering the work analysts will be required to perform in the credit card market. Not too difficult, but be prepared for long division, multiplication with lots of zeros, etc.

1 online assessment followed by Power Day with 1 product and 2 cases. Power Day was quite tricky with concepts being combined and tested in different forms. Staying calm and taking in every word is crucial in keeping up with the casing.
