Recruiter call, Case Study, Power Day. Recruiter call is straightforward, make sure you know your resume well incase they ask any specific questions on your experience. Case Study isnt too bad, recruiter can support you with understanding which potential topic will be talked about. Power Day is intense, 4 interviews back to back. You don't get told any feedback if you do fail unfortunately. It seems like if you don't do well on one, you get rejected overall.

Frist round included a virtual culture assessment. Online scenarios and options of what to chose so that they can see the types of decisions you make, not necessarily how you make these decisions.
The interview process was smooth overall. It started with a computer screening, followed by a 30-minute recruiter call focused on my experience and fit with Capital One. Then I had a one-hour “money case” discussing a Capital One product from different angles. I’ve now moved to the PowerDay round, which includes two product cases, one product skills round, and one product discovery round.

Interview had 4 rounds: assessment, recruiter, hiring manager, and Power Day. The Power day was 4 30 min interview sessions with other managers. It was pretty straight forward, just prepare some STAR based experiences.
