Send in an application in early Oct. Heard back the next day to set up a one way Skype type interview where you answered the questions that popped up on the screen into your webcam. Two days later, got a notice that I made it through to the 2nd round, which was an actual Skype interview. Later that day, I heard back that I got through to the Final Round on site in Norfolk, Va. They flew me out for an interview. The onsite was three 45 min interviews.

All behavioral questions and questions related to your resume. The different interviewers spoke to different things like strengths/weaknesses, teamwork, and presentation skills. They really walk you through the interview to direct you to answers they want answered. Pleasant experience overall, even without the offer in the end.

Entrevista
First, they send a video interview, after the video interview, you will be contacted by a recruiter for the company to set up a phone one on one. From there if you pass the phone screening, you will be invited for a Super day. They pay for your flights, hotel, and uber fees as well. The day before the Super day there is a small happy hour at a restaurant which was cool. You got to network with other interviewees and other associates. The next day is the Super Day. You have three 45 minutes one on one interviews. All questions are behavioral which is nice. After that, they will contact you if you got the internship. There is constant communication so you don't feel out of the loop. They also got back to you within a week after each interview.

Entrevista
I had three different interviews. The first one was a one-way video interview. I was asked questions and had to give answers while recording myself. The second interview was a two-way video interview. I spoke to a recruiter via audio and video, similar to Skype. The third and final interview consisted of me being flown out to Irvine, CA. I interviewed with three people. Each interview was 45 min long, and it was all behavioral. Every interviewers had two things they were analyzing you on.

Entrevista
Starts with a 1-way video interview, then you have a regular video interview. If you make it to the final round, you will have 3 interviews at one of the offices. They are all behavioral questions. The interviewers won't even have your resume.
