3 months of interviews - they were not prompt or communicative throughout the process. It was a LOT of waiting to hear anything weeks apart. Outside of it taking 3 months to get a rejection, the sheer number of discussions needed feels reflective of a failed recruitment process and/or leadership (I would have shared this feedback with them regardless of offer).
Interview Process:
phone screen with HR, 2 person panel, personality test, second 2 person panel, assignment (says 10 hours to complete but I spent far more on it than that, they do pay you for it; i believe this is the "big" deciding factor), CEO interview, and 1-2 more discussions with CEO.
Assignment consisted of (1) meeting brief (2) draft plan to get "impossible" interview guest (3) market research and draft tweets with restrictive parameters (4) LLM research analysis
