I have had 3 or 4 interviews, 1 test (TestGorilla assesment) and 1 task, which was not too much relevant to the position. One of the teammates delayed and we had to repeat one of the technical interview sessions. The manager was quite new, too confident and not very technical competent. Received message that they hired more aligned candidate, but I am sure that I was best fit for this role. The process was tedious (took approx. 2 months) and the fact that months later the job add is still on the market tells me that they was not transparent and did not learned or progress. Very negative experience was that they used/tested AI without my consent - I objected. Overall it was bad experience and I will not recommend them to a friends.
